Bill has over 30 years of experience in the environmental industry and is a Licensed Geologist in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. He has performed numerous environmental risk evaluations for residential, commercial and heavy industrial properties in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. In addition, Bill has evaluated the environmental risk associated with numerous portfolio asset valuations. He is experienced in determining the environmental risk associated with the redevelopment of industrial properties in Brownfield and Voluntary Cleanup Programs.
Bill has a wide range of experience providing environmental consulting services for local oil companies, major convenience store chains, furniture and textile manufacturers, property developers, institutional investors, and individuals in the private sector.
He is proficient in interpreting the ASTM Standard E 1527 / All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Final Rule, Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, ASTM 1528, Regulatory Site Assessments, Remediation Reports and environmental policies of many lending institutions.
